We are currently NOT able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All of our sales are final. By purchasing an item from our store you therefore understand that we do NOT offer returns or exchanges.
We also cannot replace an order, if it gets lost or stolen after it has been shipped. We therefore highly encourage you to double check your mailing address and if you are ordering from outside of Europe, to upgrade to international tracked shipping.
