Aromatherapy Facial Workshop

This workshop on essential oils and aromatherapy facials is the ideal self care Sunday treat. It will be hosted by the wonderful Josephine McGrail who has created the technique of Aromatherapy Facials. The workshop will consist of an introduction to aromatherapy facials and why it works, as well as a guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded. You will have the opportunity to try essential oils and learn about their uses, benefits, and how you can blend your own at home. Josephine will also explain basic facial self massage techniques that you can use at home. We hope you’ll leave this workshop feeling blissed out and with self care rituals you   can integrate into your daily life.

Josephine is a London based yoga teacher and intuitive healer, who aims to inspire the joy of life to all living beings!
